The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location proved perfect for a solo trip. The beds are comfortable and amenities are great.
The room was very small. The experience did not match expectations given the cost. Breakfast was offered as 'included', but the buffet was very basic.

The staff welcomed me with a smile. They offered a drink while completing the necessary paperwork. The bar had sunlight pouring through the large windows. It gave a GREAT first impression after a long journey. The bar had live piano in the evening. I relaxed in a big chair and enjoyed a cocktail.
The location, though central, presented some issues with street noise at night. Earplugs are advisable for light sleepers.

The room was decorated with elephant rugs and beautiful furniture. Natural light filled the space through large windows. The room contained interesting books and guidebooks. They were worth leafing through if you wanted to purchase them.
